Norshariza Jamhuri currently works as a Hospital Kuala Lumpur Dietitian with 24 years of experience in the clinical field. Former Subject Matter Experts in Dietetic Oncology from 2019 to 2023. Actively active in quality activities, especially in clinical audit, clinical research, and innovation. She has been involved with the Dietitians, Quality and Research Bureau from 2017 until 2024 for the dietetic profession. She has led and contributed to multiple studies on quality indicators in public healthcare settings, particularly in Malaysian hospitals. Her research explores how process improvement, staff training, and systematic data analysis can enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of healthcare delivery. Through presentations, journal publications, and active engagement in audits and quality projects, she plays a key role in promoting evidence-based quality practices within healthcare institutions. In addition, her significant contribution to innovation projects such as Patient Movement Detector has led to various achievements, whether within the Ministry of Health or outside of the MOH level.
