Mejar Bersekutu (PA) Kasturi Bai Munusamy Naidu is a senior psychologist officer with the Ministry of Health Malaysia, serving with commitment for over 23 years. She specializes in counseling services for both clients and staff. She has been a passionate advocate of Expressive Art Therapy (EAT) since 2015, promoting it as an alternative therapeutic approach in mental health care.

Her innovative work in EAT earned her a gold medal in the Allied Health Innovation Competition (process category). Additionally, she has published three papers in international journals that focus on mental health and psychology. Her contributions have been recognized with national and state-level awards from Perak, Penang, and APM, further validating her impact in the field.

Since 2022, she has been attached to the National Centre of Excellence for Mental Health (NCEMH) under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. She is also currently pursuing her PhD in Mental Health and Expressive Art Therapy at the University of Malaya.
