Started service and career as Medical Officer in year 1994. Obtained Master in Public Health (UKM) in 2005. Has served various parts of the country – Malacca, Perak, Negeri Sembilan and Pahang including various programs in Ministry of Health Putrajaya Headquarters (Public Health Program and Research & Technical Support Program).

Current post as Deputy Director in Digital Health Division since 2024 as head of digital health operations and implementation sector branch. Has been appointed as Lead Architect of Enterprise-wide Business Domain since 2023 for the Ministry. Also actively involved as Subject Matter Expert in the planning and implementation of various health ICT intervention, initiatives and projects under the Ministry, including the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Project.
