Dr Ginsky Chan is the Access Director of Angsana Health, leading the efforts to expand access to value-based healthcare through digital health solutions. He is a medical doctor, holds a Master of Public Health in health economics from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, is a certified value-based healthcare trainer by the VBHC Centre Europe, and a Global Future Fellow in predictive healthcare with Pijar Foundation, Indonesia. A strong advocate for public health, Dr Ginsky contributes regularly to print media and lectures at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
