- Closing date for Exhibitor. Exhibitor packages to be finalized and confirmed.
Date: 5th Aug 2025
- Corporate logo for printed materials and program book.
- Advertisement text content and layout due to Secretariat.
- Brochure materials/literatures into satchel/ folder.
Upon confirmation of Exhibitor in the form below, kindly provide us your corporate logo and hyperlink soonest possible to put up at the conference website.

Benefits and Terms
Upon signing and returning of the Exhibitor Agreement Form, Exhibitor benefits related to printed materials are based on the exhibitor meeting printing and production deadlines. The exhibitor main contact person will receive all forms pertinent to your Exhibitor and will be responsible for completing and returning them in a timely manner.
Payment Terms
Upon receipt of the signed Exhibitor Agreement Form, the exhibitor will receive an invoice and payment instructions. Full payment is to be made before 31st July 2025.
Cancellation Policy
Exhibitor agrees and understands that notification of intent to cancel Exhibitor must be provided in writing. Cancellation of Exhibitor within forty-five (45) days prior to event is subject to 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of sponsored event. Exhibitor will be obligated to pay any outstanding balance due on Exhibitor as per this agreement.
